The Kiai website, available at https://kiai.gg, is published by Emmanuel Narcisse, a natural person acting as a non-professional publisher within the meaning of article 6-III-2 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN).

Accordingly, and as that article permits, the publisher's postal address is not displayed on the site. It has been provided to the host named below, who holds it at the disposal of the judicial authorities.

Kiai is not an incorporated company. The service is provided free of charge and gives rise to no invoicing, no commission and no collection of funds.

The site and the data it processes are hosted by Scaleway SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with registered office at 8 rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 433 115 904.

The application servers and the database are located in France (Paris region).

Certain ancillary services are provided by third parties whose full list, processing activities and locations are set out in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The structure of the site, its interface, its texts, its visual identity and its source code are the property of the publisher and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.

Trademarks, logos, artwork and video game names cited or displayed on the site belong to their respective holders. Their mention is the reference necessary to describe the competitions and implies no claim of rights and no partnership.

Content uploaded by tournament organisers remains their property. The conditions under which it is published on the site are set out in the terms of use.

Reporting illicit content

Kiai hosts content published by its users — in particular tournament names, artwork and usernames. Under article 6-I-2 of the LCEN, the publisher is not required to monitor that content generally, but must act promptly to remove any manifestly illicit content brought to its attention.

Reports may be sent to kiai.fgc@gmail.com. To allow swift handling, please state the exact address of the page concerned, the nature of the content and the grounds for the report.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which sets out the controller, the purposes, the legal bases, the retention periods, the recipients and how to exercise your rights.

The site uses no audience-measurement, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies set are strictly necessary to the operation of the authenticated session and are therefore exempt from prior consent.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
